Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your DoSuperApp AI Pilot subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the service until that date.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once a subscription or one-time purchase has been completed, we do not offer refunds for any unused portion of the service. This policy ensures the stability and fair pricing of our service for all users.

Defective Product Handling

In the rare event that the AI Pilot Service is defective or not functioning as described, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly:

  • No charges for defective period: If the service is unavailable or significantly impaired, you will not be charged for that billing period
  • Credits to next billing: Any charges incurred during a defective period will be automatically credited to your next month's billing
  • Immediate resolution: Our technical team will work to restore service as quickly as possible
  • Proactive communication: You'll be notified via email if any service disruptions occur

Service Disruptions

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, occasional planned maintenance or unexpected outages may occur:

  • Advance notice: Planned maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance when possible
  • Emergency fixes: Unplanned outages are addressed immediately by our technical team
  • Time-based credits: For extended outages (over 4 hours in a billing month), credits may be applied to your account
  • Status page: Service status updates are available on our website during outages

Account Termination

DoSuperApp reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms of service, including but not limited to:

  • Fraudulent activity or payment issues
  • Violation of acceptable use policies
  • Illegal or harmful use of the service

In cases of account termination due to policy violations, no refunds will be provided for remaining subscription time.

Payment Methods & Billing

We accept various payment methods including credit cards and digital payments. All billing is handled securely through our payment processors. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable upon payment completion.

Price Changes

We may adjust pricing with notice. Price changes will apply to new subscriptions and renewal periods. Existing subscribers will be notified of any price increases at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
